1. சேவையைப் பற்றி · About the Service

யாழ் மாங்கல்யம் (Yaal Mangalyam) is a Sri Lankan Tamil matrimony platform that connects brides and grooms for the purpose of marriage. The platform is operated privately and is intended solely for genuine matrimonial purposes.

இந்த தளம் திருமண நோக்கங்களுக்காக மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். வேறு எந்த நோக்கத்திற்கும் பயன்படுத்துவது தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2. பதிவு · Registration

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering.
• தவறான அல்லது போலியான தகவல்களை வழங்குவது கணக்கை நிரந்தரமாக நீக்க வழிவகுக்கும். Providing false or misleading information will result in permanent account removal.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Each person may create only one profile. Duplicate profiles will be removed.
• All profiles are subject to admin verification before becoming visible to other users.

3. கட்டண கொள்கை · Payment Policy

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer only. Payment details are provided at checkout.
• Profiles are activated only after payment is verified by our admin team.
• The first 100 registered profiles receive free access with 25 request credits.
• கட்டணங்கள் திரும்ப வழங்கப்படாது, சேவை பயன்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிறகு. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated and used.
• Refund requests due to technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via WhatsApp.

4. பரிந்துரை திட்டம் · Referral Programme

• Each user may refer up to 5 people and earn LKR 2,500 per successful paid referral.
• The referred user receives a 10% discount on their first package.
• Referral rewards are paid after the referred user's payment is verified and activated.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will be disqualified without payment.

5. சுயவிவர தெரிவுநிலை · Profile Visibility

• Unregistered visitors can see only gender, job, and country — no personal details.
• Logged-in users can view all profile details and the jaathagam image.
• Photos and phone numbers are revealed only after both parties accept a connection request.
• புகைப்படங்கள் நீர்க்குறி (watermark) மூலம் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றன. Photos are watermarked with the viewer's profile ID to prevent unauthorised sharing.
• Names and email addresses are never displayed to other users.

6. நடத்தை விதிகள் · Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share other users' photos, phone numbers, or personal information without consent.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose, scam, or harassment.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others.
• Contact users outside this platform using information obtained here for non-matrimonial purposes.
• Attempt to bypass any security features of the platform.

7. நிர்வாகி உரிமைகள் · Admin Rights

Yaal Mangalyam reserves the right to:

• Verify, approve, reject, or remove any profile at any time without notice.
• Block or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• Edit profile fields on behalf of users when requested.
• Modify packages, pricing, and features at any time.

8. திருமணம் நிச்சயிக்கப்பட்டால் · Marriage Fixed

திருமணம் நிச்சயமானால், உங்கள் சுயவிவரத்தை நீங்களே நீக்கிக்கொள்ளலாம். If your marriage is fixed through this platform, you can delete your own profile. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு · Limitation of Liability

Yaal Mangalyam acts as a platform connecting individuals. We do not verify the accuracy of all profile information and are not responsible for the outcome of any matrimonial connections made through this platform. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence.
